Virtual Meeting (Zoom)

This session overviews the difficulty of socializing RIM both with corporate decisionmakers and the corporation-at-large through a live and interactive case study of fellow participants. We will discuss the benefit of refreshing processes to keep RIM at the forefront of the discussion. The session will include interactive Q&A and discussion for maximum collaboration among participants.

About our speakers

Omero BanuelosOmero Banuelos, Esq., Senior Counsel Information Governance and former corporate counsel at American Apparel, has counseled some of the most highly regulated Fortune 100 companies on information governance matters and has helped develop information governance and records retention programs for international and domestic corporations. He also has extensive experience handling various forms of litigation in both state and federal courts with an emphasis in business disputes, employment, real property, administrative complaints, and hearings. Omero obtained his law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.


 Samantha PoindexterSamantha Poindexter, Esq., Counsel of Information Governance joined the Access Corporation in February 2024, working with the Information Governance team to build and review retention schedules. Additionally, Samantha leads client engagement and process management for Client Managed Services. Samantha’s extensive legal experience includes practice in bankruptcy, foreclosure, commercial and residential real estate, federal and state prosecution, and healthcare compliance. Prior to joining Access, Samantha served as a Captain and Judge Advocate General in the United States Air Force. Samantha obtained her law degree from Ohio Northern University College of Law.
