Virtual Meeting (Zoom)

Microsoft 365 is a vast and complex ecosystem of applications, repositories, and data types. While all IG and RIM professionals are familiar with Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint, there are many other Microsoft 365 applications that carry significant records management, legal, and compliance issues. In this session we will delve into the lesser-known but crucial Microsoft 365 applications such as Loop, Planner, Bookings, Viva Engage, ClipChamp, and more. We'll incorporate a mix of real-world case studies with detailed explanations of the M365 tools and participants will receive material summarizing key points and strategies for effective records management within Microsoft 365. Additionally, attendees will be pointed to digital resources and learning tools to support ongoing education and application of session content. The session aims to equip IG professionals with the knowledge to navigate these tools effectively, understand the types of data they generate, and address associated records management challenges.

Registration for this meeting (free for Michigan Chapter members) is required and the deadline to register is October 14 at 11:00 a.m. ET. Information on how to join the Zoom meeting will be sent with your meeting registration confirmation.
