How do you keep the status quo but still take advantage of new technologies that digital record keeping can provide?  This informative program will explore the process to evaluate your operational readiness for migration from paper to digitized records using real-life examples.  Both enterprise and departmental scenarios will be covered as we outline the indicators used to develop a workable plan.

Following the program, Iron Mountain will provide a tour of the Canton Facility to pre-registered individuals. If you are interested in participating in the tour, you must register at least 5 days in advance using the event registration process located on the ARMA Detroit website.  Registrants will receive a confidentiality agreement via email which they must sign and return prior to the 5 day cut off.

Our speaker is Steven Polasky, the Implementation Manager at Iron Mountain.  His depth and breadth of experience is exhibited by certifications in Kofax Capture, DokuStar, Indicius (now KTM), VRS, OnBase and scanners for Kodak, Canon, and Bell & Howell.  Steven has been active in the local AIIM Chapter since 1996 and received a 12 year service award.
