Join ARMA Detroit for our Annual Member Appreciation & Awards Meeting to be held at Royal Oak's premier entertainment venue – Star Lanes at Emagine Theater. In addition to electing the 2013-2014 Board members, presenting the chapter awards for Member of Year and Leader of the Year and recognizing our sponsors, our guest presenter will be sharing insights into records and information management solutions. Jon Ryall from Océ Business Services will share his experiences and practical advice on how companies have benefited from strategically defined solutions.  Additionally, he will discuss ARMA’s Principles of “Accountability” and “Retention” and what exactly they mean, how to apply them, questions to ask executives to ensure the program is on track.
